CHINESE REDS TRYING TO WIN OVER BUSINESSMEN

Tientsin, Aug. 7-One of the most significant phases of the current Chinese Communist' offensive in North China and Manchuria is the campaign to try and win over important Chinese businessmen and capitalists, many of whom are chafing under government restrictions.
