This article is bearing more and more heavily on Britain's overseas purchas- Ing programme, particularly those with the Dominions for food.

While there are many experts who feel that the United States Government will not insist on n. strict interpretation of "hon-discrimination" so far as the Colonies are concerned, there are no illusions but that American public opinion is a potent factor which must be carefully sounded before any changes regarding the Dominions' will be made or even considered.
