PLAN to launch a space-ship to the moon as the highlight of the Interna tional Exhibition to be held in London in 1961 is to be submitted to the Government.

The idea comes from, 35-year-old Mr- Warnett Kennedy, the constructional engineer who designed the model space-ship in "Britain Can Make It" show.
