Washington, Feb. 10.
The Agriculture Department reported to-day that the world rica crop for 1946-47 was estimated at, 7,100,000,000 bushels, which is four porcent below prowar harvests although 11 porcent above last year's short crop of 6,400,000,000 bushols.
