Anglo-American Bloc Against Russia Alleged

London, Jan. 28.

A Tass dispatch broadcast from Moscow to-day said that British and Amerlein relations : have assumed the character of a military alliance, and Tass claimed to have evidence that: Britain and the United States have formed a bloc against Russia.

While it is known that Britain does not have any formal treaty with the United States yet none can doubt the intimate relations which in fact have assumed the character of a military alliance, Tano said.

Meanwhile, the Brillal Cabinet met to-day, and it is believed thai they discussed Stalin's sunkestions for revising the Anglo-Soviet treaty.

Paraguay Uprising Plot Nipped In Bud

Ascuncion, Jan. 28.

A revolutionary plot by subaltern officers of the Paraguayan air force has been discovered, it was officially revealed to-day.

The announcement said the plotters planned an uprising. beginning January 24 through to January 26,
