At the time of going to press there appeared to be every hope that the interport match between Hongkong and Shanghai, scheduled for this after- noon, would be played..
Only weather, which may further delay the ship bringing seven of the Shanghai team (due in the harbour carly this morning), or which may affect the playing pitch if it rains heavily, can prevent either the interport, or to-morrow's game-Shanghai v.
