Calcutta, Jan. 8. · Expressing optimism in their demand for independence for Burma, three members of the six-member Burmese delegation proceeding to London for talks with the British government, passed through Calcutta yesterday. They are Thakin Mya, Socialist member of the AFPFL Party of which Aung San is the leader, U Tin Tut. Independent member of the Burmese Interim Cabinet and U. Thakin Ba Sein, leader of the Mdobama Aslayane Party.
