Some US$500,000,000 worth of United States army surplus stores of various kinds, recent- ly bought by the Chinese Gov- ernment, is expected to boglu arriving in Shanghai in the mid- dle of November.

The goods, scattered over several Islands in the Pacific, include trucks and other vehicles and materials for bulding pontoons, airfields, godowns and houses.
