LEXINGTON, Ky, Sept. 28 (UP)-Miss Marian Miley, 27% top-flight amateur golfer was shot and killed at the exclusive Lexington Country Club to-night by two masked burglars when she attempted to assist her mother who was beaten and shot three times and wounded critically.
The burglars ransacked the Club house and escaped with $145.*
Mrs Miley, caretaker of the Club is the wife of Fred Miley, golf professional in Cincinnati.
