SHANGHAI, Aug. 21 (UP)-Amid report of increasing guerilla activity in the vicinity of Soochow, a Japanese military spokesman admitted to-day the derailment between Soochow and Kashing-a branch line of the Shanghai-Nanking railway of a mixed passenger and freight train at 5.15 p.m., resulting in two killed and 28 wounded..
