MONTREAL, Aug. 20 (Reiler).— "A road to victory must be blazed through the air. Men who open that road and journey along it must be the best, bravest and brainlest of this and other Commonwealth of Nations."

Thus the Canadian Air Minister, Mr C. G. Power, referred to the Empire Training Scheme in a speech nt a luncheon in Montreal.
