HANOI, July 28 (Reuter).-Japanese troops began disembarking in southern Indo-China' to-day, it is officially announced. The Japanese are allowed to use eight aerodromes under the agreement, including Saigon and Siemreap near Ankor on the new Thai border.

The strength of the troops is not disclosed. The disembarkation was begun at Nhatrang, just north of Camranh Bay.
