MOSCOW, July 14 (Router).—----According to an official communique, transports carrying German troops and tanks wore sighted in the Baltic on July 12, convoyed by destroyers, patrol boats, motor speedboats and fighter planes. The Baltic fleet inflicted heavy losses on the enemy, striking successively with planes, ships and coastal artillery.

Two destroyers were sunk together with 13 transports and a barge loaded with tanks. In addition, 13 transports and one destroyer were heavily damaged and were scen to be in flames, No losses were sustained by the Russians either in aircraft or ships.

"During July 14 fighting con- tinued in the northwesterly, westerly and southwesterly directions.
