Ching Kee Company Loser Petition In London
News has been received from Lon- don that the appeal to the Privy Council conceming the winding up of the Ching Keo Steam Navigation Company, was heard on April 29, and that judgment has been delivered dismissing the appeal with costs,
The China Merchants Steam Navi- gation Company, Limited, in their capacity as shareholders petitioned the Supreme Court for the winding up of the Ching Kee Steam Navign tion Company. The Petition was granted and the Company was order- ed to be wound up.
