Include Germans LONDON, Apr. 28 (Reuter).----In- cluded in the latest list of 143 pait- tical prisoners in Oslo's principal gaol are many well-known Nor- wegians-ship-owners, editors, tea- chers and a Supreme Court judge. two British prisoners of war and several German and Spanish re- fugees, says the Norwegion telegraph agency.
