NEW YORK, Apr. 3 (UP),—Balkan travellors cabled to the "United Press," oyowitness reports that Germany has massed over 200,000 crack troops in Rumania near the Yugo-Slavian frontier. The recent census of the Colony's population under- taken by the Corps of Air Raid Precautions shows that the total number of people on the Island of Hongkong and the Kowloon Peninsula is 1,444,725 of all nationalities. This was revealed by the Deputy Director of Air Raid Precautions, Mr B. H. Puckle, at a Press interview this morning.
