SPECIAL TO THE "TELEGRAPH" BELGRADE, Mar. 30 (UP).— Germany, through her Minister to Belgrade, 'Herr von Heeren. has asked the Yugo-Slavian Government for a clarification of ils attitude to the Axis pact by sametime on Monday.
