WASHINGTON, Mar. 30 (UP). The Treasury De- partment to-day ordered the Coast Guard to seize and .take possession of all Italian ships in United States terri- torial waters; these total 28.
This followed an earlier order under which the Coast Guard boarded the ships to prevent sabotage by the crews who alleged to have made many of the ships dangerously near the sinking stage.
