BELGRADE, MAR. 23 (UP); BRITISH TROOPS ARE RUSHING across NORTHERN GREECE AND ARE REPORTED TO HAVE REACHED THE YUCO-SLAVIAN FRONTIER ALONG THE VARDAR VALLEY AS THE YUGO. SLAVIAN GOVERNMENT INFORMED GER- MANY THAT SHE IS READY TO JOIN THE AXIS POWERS DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.

WASHINGTON, Mar. 23 (UP). It is reliably reported that the Government is quietly accumulating foodstuffs for shipment to Britain. A special Department of Agriculture Committee has been established to co-operate with the British Government. The Committee expects to obtain authority to spend $500,000,000 and it is understood that President Roosevelt is also planning a Federal Food Administration.
