A fine of $1,000 or three months* Imprisonment was imposed on Chan Chal-sheung, manager of the Kim On Company, No. 27. Des Voeux Road, Central, in a written judgment given by Mr H. G. Sheldon, K.e., at Central Magistracy th morning. Defendant was found guilty of violation of the Trade Marks Ordinance, by having in his possession for sale an admixture of saccharine and potash alum, to which a false trade description was applied.
