Mr W. E. Orchard of the Hongkong Electric Company, Gloucester Arcade, yesterday took $27 to the Central Police Station after having. found the money in his office.
Gas-Masks for U.S. Non-Combatants
WASHINGTON, Mar, 3 (Reuter). -Gas-masks for the use of non-com- batants in areas under illitary Juris diction have been ordered by the |United States War Department.
Disclosing this fact to-day, the War Department stated that a "mited: quantity of gas-maslu, have been ordered.
Of low cost, the masks will be sup-: piled by five. manfacturers.
