The Colony's assola again advanced slightly in November according to the statement of accounts for that month issued to-day.
Expenditure was $4,370,770 against $4,672,187
received,
the making excess of assets over liabilities at the end of November $21,395,400.
Detailed Bgures of the reventie in November show that revenue was up compared with November, 1939, by $4,672,178 against $3,473,229. Siml larly revenue for the first eleven months of 1040 was $40,051,300 against a corresponding figure of $38,248,457.
Features of last November's revenue were Duties, up nearly $400,000; a decrease in assessed taxes, an in- crease in internal revenue; and a decline of $50,000, from the Post Office. War Revenue brought in $774, 221.
