LONDON, Feb. 26 (Reuter). -When asked in the House of Commous to-day whether the British Government was com- pletely satisfied with the way the Turkish Allies were carrying out their agreement, Mr R. A. Butler (Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs) replied, "Yes."

Mr Butler added that the British Government had been kept fully in- formed of the negotiations leading up to the Turke-Bulgarian Agreement.

He drew attention to the preamble of the agreement, whieh states that the agreement was without prejudice the two countries' contractual engagements with other parties.
