United States May Land British War Supplies At Iceland Port

WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 (UP).---Latin-American diplomatic sources disclose to the United Press that United States officials as well as diplomatic circles are active- ly discussing a plan whereby Iceland would become the trans-shipment base for United States war supplies for Britain.

The plan would allow United States ships to transport sup plies to Iceland, which is a neutral ration outside the combat,
