Matsuoka Declares Japanese Coolies View on Racial Discrimination Demand

TOKYO, Feb. 17 (Domei).—Japan's adherence to the prin- ciple of racial equality was re-affirmed by the Foreign Minister Mr Yosuke Matsuoka, at the Diet to-day.

Concurring with the views of the interpellation by Mr Fukuzo Nakayama, former member of the defunct Minarito Party, Mr Matsuoka stated, "Japan must constantly deal with equality towards all races without the slightest discrimination towards any.
