SHANGHAI POLICE AGREEMENT SIGNED
Gambling, vice and other forms of lawlessness in the Bhanghai Badlands have been a constant cause for concern to the Shanghai Municipal Council. Recently, after protracted negotiation between the Council and the Greater Shanghai Muntelpal Government, an agreement was signed providing for the establishment of a joint police force in the territory to deal with the problem.
