Gene Tunney pleaded guilty In Stamford, Conn., Court recently to a charge of falling to report the killing of a dog by his car, paid a $15 fino and costs and then jumped out of a window of the courthouse to the ground eight feet below.

He disappeared in the direc- tion of the railway station, up- parently not wishing to discuss the case any further.
