TOKYO, Feb. 3 (Domei).— Dissatisfaction at the recently concluded Japan Youth, Corps under the leadership of the Minister of Education, was ex- pressed by a spokesman of the War Office at this afternoon's meeting of the Lower House the Committee dealing with Military Service Law amend- ment bill.

The spokesman said that the Army desires a unique organisation repre- sentative of Japan's national policy with students of the Youth School sa the nucleus.
