BUCKEYE HARVEST-

IN FRANCE

VICHY, (UP)-For the first time, France has made a buckeye harvest. Boy scouts throughout the country gathered buckeyes which word - AE- sembled in bags, to be used during the winter for animal food. In the process of preparing the buckeyes for food, a bitter acid is removed which will be welcome to soap makers. It is estimated that the shade trees off Paris streets could give 500 tons of buckeyes alone.
