Greck Princess Dies
Athens, Dec. 14. Princess Marle, 64, aunt, of King George, died of a heart attack. She was the ex-wife of the Grand Duke George Michael Ovitch, and wife of Admiral Jonnidis. She died this afternoon at the home of Crown Prince Paul in Athens-United Press.
The Grand Duke George Mikhael Ovitch of Russia was idlied during the Revolution of 1919. The Princess married Rear Admiral Pericles Jonnidis and lived at Rons, but returned to Athens when the Italo- Greek hostilities broke out.
Funeral Service
The funeral of the late Mr Howard Peler Morton was held in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Happy Valley, 1 noon on Saturday, the Rev. Fr. A. Grumpa officiating at the Chapel and by the graveside.
The late Mr Morton died at the War Memorial Nursing Home on Thursday. He was a popular mem- ber the Bangkong Scottish com- munity, a member of St Andrew's Society and a member of the Naval Volunteers,
