MELBOURNE; Australia, Dec. 13 (UP).-Prime Minister Robert Gordon Menzies has told a gathering of Sydney businessmen that in the process of organising her wartime economy, Australia is devel ping such resources, and such dynamic power, that when peace comes she will be furnished with industrial skill previously undreamed of.
