HANOI, Dec. 1 (UP).-For the second time in three days, Thailand planes yesterday dropped ten bombs on Thakek, when they carried out a low-flying attack, killing two people and wounding two others.
This is officially reported in Hanoi, the communique adding that as a result of the bombings of Thakek and Savannaket on November 28, eleven nailves were killed, eight seriously wound-
