Germany Testing Yugo-Slavia Indirectly Through Hungary

LONDON, Nov. 28 (Reuter).-The surprising offer of closer relations made by Count Csaky on behalf of Hungary to Yugo-Slavia, suggests that the Axis is now turning its attention to Yugo-Slavia writes "Reuter's" diplomatic correspondent.

Direct approach having failed in the cases of Russia, Spain and Bulgaria, Germany is ap parently making an oblique movement through a satellite of the Axis with the object of gauging the strength of Yugo-Slav resistance.
