LONDON, OCT. 21 (UP), RETRIBUTION WILL SOON COME TO HITLER WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE UNITED STATES DECLARED MR. WINSTON CHURCHILL IN HIS BROADCAST SPEECH TO-NIGHT.

Declaring that Hitler's schemes and crimes are bringing upon him and all who belong to his system retribution "which many of us will live to see," Mr. Churchill added, "it will not be long."

"The story is not finished. We are on his track and so are our friends across the Atlantic Ocean," the Premier said.

He appealed to France for Franco-British unity despite pre- vailing conditions.

"When good people get into trouble because they are attacked and heavily smitten by the vile and wicked, they must be careful not to get at loggerheads with one another," Mr. Churchill said, and asked France that if they cannot help Britain they will at least present no hindrance to the British war-effort.

Command of The Air

He predicted that Britain will gain command of the air next year, scoffed at the luvasion threats and warned that Hitler is plotting the permanent disintegration of the French nation and culture by all kinds of sly and savage means."

"Hitler is plotting and working to quench for ever the fountain of characteristic culture and French Inspiration to the world. All Europe, if he has his way, will be reduced to one uniform Bocheland to be exploited, pillaged and ballled by tix Nazi gangsters." Mr. Churchill declared.
