Representatives from every unit of the Hongkong Volunteer · Defence Corpe, totalling 191 offcers and men, were on parade at Volunteer Head- quarters yesterday, when Long Ser- vice (Emciency) Medals were pre- sented to 21 members of the Corps the Acting by His Excellency Governor, Lieut. Gen. E. F. Norton, His Excellency was met on arrival by Col. H. B. Hose, Commandant of the Volunteers, and Captain E. .N. The parade Thursday, Adjutant, was in charge of Lt.-Cel. E. J. R
