LONDON, Aug. 28 (Router).—The decision of the Governor and Military Commander of Chad to rally to General de Gaulle's standard is a heartening sign and has been greeted with enthusiasm by all free Frenchmen who are continuing to fight against Nazism, writes “Reuter's” diplomatic correspondent.

The moral courage of those who made this decision is appre- ciated by all and wil

will inspire those Frenchmen who still value freedom.
