The following Rules will govern the Competition;

1-The Competition is confined ex- clusively to amateur photo. graphers.

2-No employee or member of any firm in the photographic trade is permitted to compete. 3The prizes will be awarded to the competitors wending in what are kajudged to be the best photo- graphs in each Section. Each entry must be accompanied by a form which will be published during the period of the Cam- petition, and which must be parted on back of entry, ~The right to publiak any or all of the entries is reserved to the Hongkong Telegraph. 6-All- photographs entered
