LONDON, Aug. 8 (Lieuter)--Discussing the training of workers in the House of Commons to-day, Mr. Ernest Bevin, Minister of Labour and National Service, declared that there appeared to be a lack of appreciation in industry generally of the enormous need for the rapid expansion of training to meet requirements of the expanding munitions programme, and the maintenance of a satisfactory export position.

The decree permits the suppression of four governorships.
