The following Rules wi govern the Competition:
1-The Competition is confined ex- alusively to ginateur photo- graphers. -No employee or member of any arm in the photographie trade is permitted to compote. 3The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photo- graphs in each Section. Each entry must be accompanied by a published form which wi during the period of the Com- Dellion, and which must De pasted on back of entry.
The right to publish any or all of the entries is reserved to the Hongkong Telegraph.
All photographs entered must have been taken to the Colony of Hongkong. Photographs which have been already entered in other Competitions are ineligible 8. No responsibility will be accepted for non-delivery of, loss of or damage to entries.
