The following Hules will govern the Competition:
1The Compettiion is confined ex* clusively to amateur photo- graphers. 3.-No employee or member of any arm in the photographie trade permitted to conipeta, 3.The prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photo. graphs in each Section. Each entry must be accorppanied by a form which will be published during the period of the Com- potion, and which must be pasted on back of entry.
The right to publish any or all of the entries is reserved to the Hongkong Telegraph.
