The following Rules will govern the Campeition:
1The Competition is conßned ex- clusively to malar photo- graphers.
2-No employee or member of any firm in the photographie trade le permitted to compete.
3The prizes will be awarded to the competitor sending in what are adjudged to be the best photo- graphi in each Section. Each entry must be accompanied by a form which will be publiabed during the period of the.com- petition, and which curt be parted on back of entry,"
