CAIRO, June 22 (UP).—The Royal Air Force announces that Blenheim bombers attacked the Italian naval base at Tobrouk at dawn on Friday. A direct hit was scored on an Italian warship lying in the harbour and the vessel was subsequently seen to be-afire.
