The publie is being asked to make applications for bonds of $1,000, $5,000 and $10,000. The bonds are issued at 65 per cent. and will be redeemed over a period of 25 years.
The purpose of the loan is to repay/ to the Treasury moneys advanced for public works from the surplus balances of the colony.
