The Chancellor is now considering what will be the best shape for future war loons.

There is nothing in the new powers of the Government over persons and property which endangers the money in any bank. There will be nothing that endangers savings in any way. On the contrary, the mere firmly and, resolutely we join our efforts together, the safer and more valuable will our savinga be.
