"There is a vitamin called B, which is believed to be of special value in keeping the digestive tract and nervoni system healthy. Some food products are advertised and sold at a high price because they are rich in B1.

"Well, there is more of this vitamin in oatmeal than in almost any other comnion food.

"Porridge and milk are better for you than bacon and eggs. They are far cheaper.”

And here's why delicious QUAKER OATS

is s

good for you:

"VITAMIN B1 is absolutely essential to healthy life; without it, you develop head- aches, irritability, 'nerviness,' lose weight and strength.

"Quaker Oats is a rich and economical source of Thismin (Vitamin B1)—vital to our cxist-

ence.

"Quaker Oats contains every vital health element. It is doubly. nourishing, for in addition to Vitamin B, it is also rich in mus. cle-building protein, with valu- abic phosphorus and iron.

"Quaker Oats is a delicious creamy breakfast food that every- one can buy. There's nothing as cheap so good, nothing as good

so cheap, s Quaker Oats."

Also you can be sure that. Quaker Oats is always fresh- and always clean. It reaches you hermetically scaled, as fresh as

it left the mill.
