Incident Outside Hongkong Hotel
M. D. Dietrich, of Prince Edward Road, appeared before Mr. R. E. Edwards at the Central Magistracy this morning and was fined $70 on charges of assault and behaving in a disorderly manner.
Ife was charged with assaulting Sub-Inspector
Orom at Pedder Street and behaving in a disorderly manger at the Central Police Station. Mr. W. A. Mackinley pleaded guilty on behalf of the defendunt.
Wanted To Fight Sub-Inspector Oram said that at 1.30 nan, on Sunday, he saw defend- unt outside the Hongkong Hotel Defendant was going to fight another man.
Sub-Inspector Oram requested him. not to fight and told him to leave before he got into any trouble.
