MONTREAL, APRIL 9 (UP).—“THE DEVELOPMENTS IN NORWAY MEAN THAT THE EUROPEAN WAR WILL SPREAD ON A TREMENDOUS SCALE WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.”
This solemn prediction was made to-day by Admiral Sir Howard Kolly, former Commander-in-Chief of the China Squadron in Hongkong.
Admiral Kelly, forecast that Soviet Russia and Germany will proclaim
an open military alliance in order to clarify the issues.
