Civil Service-Craigengower Mix-up:
T.A. PEARCE AND FAY
Champions Defeated By Club. BEAT KWOK AND LIANG
SINCE IT IS SO LATE in the season, it is most unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding on the part of the C.S.C.C. about their game with Craigongowor which would have left them with only their Army game unplayed. Thoy have, of course, been very unfortunate in the weather, but the fact romains that the organisation has rather broken down, chiefly owing to the great amount of Volunteer work that their captain has had
to put in.

Selling Outside Ground May Be Made Illegal
THE SELLING of spurious tickets with forged Government stamps outside football grounds received the attention of the Football Association Council at their meat- ing yesterday. The Chairman, Mr.. W. Pryde, acknow- ledged the seriousness of the situation and said that means would have to be devised whereby the public got a fair deal. Mr. Wong Ka-tsun stated that a man had been arrested
connection with the discovery of a number of forged tickets, and Legislation was being considered whereby people selling tickets outside the grounds would be liable to prosecution.
