A 72-YEAR-OLD man, said to have been a labourer, was alleged at Burslem, Staffordshire, to have obtained a post as locum tenens to the resident medical officer at Stoke-on-Trent City Maternity Hospital.

manslaughter of Gladys Ada Elizabeth Higginbottam,
