The grave is that of Lord Cree, a Scottish nobleman who came to southeastern New Mexico when the six-shooter 15 law and the built caitle empire in

War and commanded a warship station in the Battle of Jutland. After the Armistico, ke complied with his father's
re-
quest, came to this country and took out naturalization papers. Friends thought he was here to stay.
But with the new war came a Bu leiler from the British Govern- ment telling him his services were needed. Charles and G. E. began selling piece by piece the holdings which had been intact for more than 50 years.
Recently the last parcel of 5,000 acres was sold at reported price of $50,000.

A NAVAL casualty list issued by the Admiralty con- tains 235 names, including 116 officers and men known to be dead and 11 assured dead.
One of the officers known to be a prisoner is Lieut. G. B. K. Griffiths, a young naval airman who, captured by a U-boat which he tried to bomb, was mourned as dead by his parents for nearly two months. He wrote to them at Christmas.
